Organic kitchen, South Austin
Duda is a neighborhood kitchen on South 1st. We cook grain bowls, salads, seasonal plates and cold-pressed juices from organic produce grown by farms within 80 miles.

How we cook
Good food starts long before the stove. This is how we run the kitchen every day.
Every vegetable, grain and bean is certified organic. We buy from 12 farms in Central Texas and write their names on the board.
Dressings, sauces and grains are made every morning. Nothing comes out of a freezer, and we do not own a deep fryer.
Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free dishes are marked on the menu, so you can choose without asking twice.
